This policy explains what Ink & Soul does with the information you send through this website. Ink & Soul is a solo tattoo studio operated by Eric Haynes.

What I collect

When you submit the booking form, you choose to send me:

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics or third-party tracking scripts.

What I use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your design, and arrange your appointment. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Payments

Deposits are handled by Stripe, not by this website. Your card details go directly to Stripe and I never see or store them. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Fonts

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files. See Google's privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return for more work or a touch-up. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@inkandsoul.art to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; I will honour those requests regardless.

Photographs of your tattoo

I may photograph finished work for the portfolio on this site and for social media. Tell me if you would rather I didn't, and I won't. Portfolio photographs published here have their location and camera metadata stripped before upload.
